Q: My employer doesn't use OnTheMonee — how can I get my tips paid to OnTheMonee? A: Share the website link with your employer or complete the employer details form in the app, and our team will reach out to them directly. Q: I can't sign up to the OnTheMonee App? A: OnTheMonee only works with employees that work within participating partner organisations. If your employer hasn't signed up yet, let them know about OTM and we'll take it from there. A: Your manager removes you from the OnTheMonee portal for that venue. The app updates automatically, but any funds in your account remain accessible — they're yours to spend or transfer.
